Korean ceramicist Juyeon hand-builds each vase from stoneware clay, using traditional techniques. Inspired by the intangible her ceramics are characterised by distinct lines, angular forms and playful colours. Her design language merges structure and hertiage with spontaneity resulting in pieces that both deeply rooted and entirely original. The Saekdong vase is a statement piece that blends angular lines with organic softness and colourblocking.
